Nigel Turton, Master Thatcher, Chairman of the National Society of Master Thatchers & President of the International Thatching Society, based in Dorset, required a machine to lift, handle and stack the thatch straw & reed bales. He asked James for his help to find him the right machine for his specific requirements that would load & unload the thatch bales, work in confined spaces and stack bales 5 high in the barn.
